looks good,(its better than my horus deck) but i dont know where to get a prime material dragon or solemn judgement cheap.  :(  that deck looks like it could beat my local tournament. so i would rate it a 9.7/10. in my deck, do u think i should add in a horus lv4???

Looks pretty solid, I used to use horus back in the day. When I did I used Instant Fusion instead of soul Exchange because Lv.6 needs to attack a monster. Oh and used My Body as a shield in place of Solemn, but i like your build better. 6 out of 10 on a very very hard scale. But this looks like it could take a local tourney at a card shop or something so thats cool.
