i found out that a perfect circle deck is one of the strongest deck types, what would be a counter deck type

Depends on which deck you're talking about but whatever it is, the answer is none. To possibly combat a perfectly circle deck, you will need to make your own deck.

Most possible way of defeating the perfect circle deck is actually by using spell or trap cards on weak monsters like the Ojama's.

pulling the rug ( stratos and monarchs )

and or removal type

macro / dim fissure would kill the deck ( focus is disk commander )
