Yugioh players which deck is better?

Perfect circle monarchs or lightsworn

i have both decks,i like both but i want to know which one is better.

this is just my opion i think monarchs is more of my type of deck

I'd have to side on perfect circle, Lightsworns also known as light lords are good, but they tend to lack what is needed.

  Plus, you didn't say but if your playing lightsworns the deck is junk without 2-3 judgement dragons, 2 honest, and an Ehren, Lightsworn Monk.

With monarchs you have a pretty stable deck and don't have to worry about decking yourself lol ^^.  Rule of the Treeborn Frog?

lightsworn is a risk-taking deck.. monarchs can have combos

I'd say Lightsworn...UNLESS the Monarchs are Corn Control

monarchs definitely a lightsworn deck is really slow and only if you get to get a  judgement dragon or wulf its good, on the other side the monarchs deck are really strong and easy to get them on the field and their effects are really stronger and can beat easily a lightsworn deck with caius
