2\ the card which sent to the graveyard should be face up or face down ?

3\ can I see my opponent graveyard and let him see my graveyard in any time in the duel ?

4\ if I use the flute of summoning dragon when lord of dragon is in the field can I summon any dragon even if the dragon is more than LV 4 ?

5\ can I use the flute of summoning dragon if "king dragun" on the field ( king dragun is fusion monster and one of its materials is lord of d )

1. Mirror force, it is a lot more versatile and useful then Necross.

2. All cards in the graveyard must be face-up.

3. The contents of the graveyard is public knowledge, as such it can be checked at any time. Unless the card Question has just been played.

4. Yes, all the flute cares about is the fact that they are dragons, not their levels.

5. No, King Dragun is not named Lord of D., thus you cannot play Flute of Summoning Dragon if you don't have a Lord of D. alongside it. Though King Dragun does have a Flute of Summoning Dragon effect built in, so it really shouldn't matter.
