Another Rallis question >.<. okay, say rallis suicides with a monster does he still come back or is he destroyed also, and if rallis attacks a defense monster does his effect still work. and does his effect also work on set monsters aswell? thanks and sorry for rallis question >.> just dont wanna make any mistakes.

If you suicide, then no because it is removed at the end of the damage step and he is no longer on the field at the end of the damage step. His removal effect works if you attack a face down monster. rallis get the atk gain at the beginning of the damage step. The monster is flipped face up at the beginning, so he should get the atk bonus.
