lets say i attack and my opponent activates mirror force can i book of moon same if my opponent activates lightning vortex/smashing ground also when is it considered a spell speed chain

u can activate book of moon its a quick play

it depends if it says next to were it says (spell card) if it has a quick play symbol look in the rule book hope this helps

Mirror Force-If you didn't place down this turn, you active it and one monster will be saved.

Lightning Vortex- You can safe one monster.

Smashing Ground-If you safe the monster that Smashing Ground is targeting, than the effects Smashing Ground doesn't work.
