Yugioh tournament deck?

Question

I had quit yugioh for half a year, since then lots of cards came out and the people play all sorts of decks (especially as I heard dark decks)

Since I didn't buy boosters for half a year I don't have any new cards, and next there will be the Nationals.

I need to prepare with a really good deck with the things I have (since I used to be a good player I have most of the best cards and tactics).

But now I really don't know what to play.

Can anybody suggest me a good deck advance format (I have monarchs, cyber dragons, lilly....)

And please no stupid comments like stop yugioh or other offensive things.

Hmm, there are not THAT many good decks. Especially since Dimension Fusion just got banned.

There is Dark Armed Dragon, CO Burn, Bushi Burn, Gladiator Beasts, Dark Magican Turbo, Lightsworn, and Six Samurais. The rest and just bad. =[

i recently quit yugioh and came back about last week, i averagely came about 30th to 20th in regionals,

1 e-hero stratos, 1 disk commander, 2 d-hero fear monger,  2 d-hero malicious, 3 caius the shadow monarch, 1 raiza,     2 thestalos fire monarch, 1 nobleman of crossout, 2 d-draw, 1 sangan, 1 d.d. warrior lady, 2 reinforcement of the army, 2 cyber dragon, 1 brain control, 1 mirror force, 1 torrential tribute, 1 heavy storm, 1 spirit reaper, 1 mystical space typhoon, 1 trap dutshoot, 1 neo-spacian grand mole, 1 mind crush, 1 marshmallon, 2 phoenix wing wind blast(not sure why it's so good, but every deck I've seen like this uses it) 1 monster reborn(should still be banned, but isn't), 1 treeborn frog, 1 enemy controller, 3 solemn judgment (you don't have to put them in this deck, but i think it is one of the best cards in the game.) and lastly a card trooper.

It's one of the best deck types I've seen, but if your going to nationals I'd look at some new cards and find some good stuff to use, also, if u have a crush card virus, use it, it's really good
