Well in terms of just saying the cards names, the trade seems fair but in value terms, it's actually quite different.

So in a way to are kind of ripping the other guy off, but like I said, with cards to this rarity a few dollars does not really make a difference. You should probably make the trade. It's not becasue of the $ value but because of the types of cards that are being traded. Unless you are going to make a DAD deck or some other type of dark variant, you are really getting better cards. DAD being one of the best monster currently in the game, Solemn possibly the best trap in the game other than CCV, and Malicious, very helpful and strategic cards.

You should make the trade, unless you need the cards that you are trading or you feel bad about the few dollars in difference.
