if you normal summon zombie master and you have no cards in your graveyard, can you still use his effect by discarding a level 4 monster from your hand to special summon it on the field?

  1. No, a recent ruling has stated that you MUST have a valid target in the graveyard in order to activate Zombie Master's effect.
