Question:

Yummy snacks for a vegetarian?

starting today, i'm not eating any meat. i can't technically call myself a vegetarian because it's only been one day. i am an extremely picky eater...so what are some healthy, yummy snacks i can start to eat? (i'm also unhealthy so yeah..?)

  1. hummus and pita bread is always really good

    try yogurt and granola

    granola bars too

    and try pinkberry frozen yogurt too-its yummy


  2. i like croissants with macadamia-cashew butter on it (like peanut butter but better!) but fruit is good too, i like papaya and my rabbits like it to so we share it, bananas are good, apples are a staple. chocolate almond milk (or soya, i perfer almond), nuts, and left overs!

  3. seaweed  also known as kelp believe it or not actually taste good they come in packs at health food store and sorta salty like chips they arent gross

  6. I am in the exact same problem, but I have been dealing with it for months now.  

    V8 fusion drinks give you a full serving of fruits and veggies and they taste GREAT!

    I love granola.  Cinnamon apple is the best...

    Also try as many nuts as you can.  Pistachioes, spelt that wrong, are a great snack.  Eat soy beans for a source of protein.

    Any veggies.

    Fruit...

    A tiny sandwich, get a tortilla, soft and wrap up cheese, oh my gosh that's good.  Sounds gross, but it's so good.

    Applesauce.

    Apples with cinnamon.

    I like to suck on and eat cooked pasta with nothing on it, or parmesan cheese.  This is also one of my weird habits, but it tastes great.

    Eat peanut butter on a spoon!

    For a meal, try Annies organic macaroni and cheese, the white shells are the best!!!

    You could also try some fake meats.

    fresh cut up fruit

    salted in-the-shell peanuts

    can of peas (lol I'm a nerd)

    peanut butter sandwiches

    um, basically anything you ate before, because a lot of snackish foods are vegetrian, but not vegan.

  11. Here are some ideas:

    -Small whole wheat tortilla rolled into a wrap with salsa, lettuce, other vegs and cheese.

    -Cauliflower, broccoli, celery sticks and carrot sticks dipped in ranch dip.

    -Yogurt

    -Toast with peanut butter

    -Apples with peanut butter

    -Banana slices dipped in yogurt and frozen

    -Frozen grapes

    -Any fruit!!
