Today, while at a health food store, I was looking through the various types of tofu. Now, being a vegetarian, it is natural that I've tried tofu. I buy it, cook it twice, and then get sick of it so I end up throwing the rest away, sadly. I've gotten delicious flavors out of it, but the texture is never very good. I've also tried freezing it, grilling it, and whatnot.
So while at the store, I came across Soy Boy brand tofu, already seasoned and cooked, just needing reheating. So I thought, why not? And I bought it. Now I tried it for lunch, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Not only was the flavor amazing, but the texture was less mushy than I've ever had it! Does anyone know how Soy Boy prepares their tofu? It's so good!
