"Obviously the domestic one-day cricket is always very important. I am playing in it after a long time and I am excited to play four matches," said Pathan.

He, however, conceded that his selection in the team would depend entirely on the opinion that the selection committee has about him and if he manages to regain form he will most likely convince the selectors through his performance to name him in the national team.
