The prolific middle-order batsman of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Adrian-Roger-Kirshaw-Pierson-c42135 to the “wait and watch” policy.
In a media encounter on the sidelines of the launching ceremony of Chetan Bhagat's new novel, Revolution 20:20, the stylish left-handed batsman and a handy spinner refused from giving an exact date for his recovery from the finger injury.
"I can't say much about it (my injury) right now, you will have to wait and see," said Yuvraj when asked how long would the injury take to recover completely.
Yuvraj had picked up a fracture on his index finger injury during the second Test of the four-match series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 played at Trent Bridge in August this year. Besides the fracture, the all-rounder also has a ligament tear on his finger due to which
the recovery is expected to take some more time.
The broken finger had ruled Yuvraj out of the remainder of the tour, which included two Tests, a one-off T20 international and a five-match One Day International series, all of which India lost.
The 29-year-old stylish batsman from Chandigarh is still recovering from the injury and has been ruled out of the upcoming limited overs home series against England.
When asked whether he is a passionate book reader, Yuvraj said that he likes reading motivational stuff when playing. He, however, clarified that he is not a bookworm.
Most of the International cricketers write books on their life after retirement. Former http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 pacer, Shoaib Akhtar’s recently published biography, “Controversially Yours” is making rounds in the media these days. When asked whether he had any plans of
writing a book on his life in the future, Yuvraj said, "My life story is very interesting. I haven't given it a thought but may be I will write someday about myself.”
The Indian all-rounder also refrained from commenting on Shoaib Akhtar’s biography saying that he had not read the book yet.
