the target in 46 overs.
Ireland started the innings with Paul Stirling and captain William Porterfield, but the start wasn’t a good one for them, as Stirling was out for a duck in the very first over of the match. The first-drop, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ed-Joyce-c1417 failed to make an impression, and was also

However, Porterfield and wicketkeeper batsman Niall O’Brien rescued their team from trouble with a brilliant century partnership for the third wicket. The pair amassed 113 runs before O’Brien got run-out. He played well for his 46 runs from 78 balls, but
would have liked to carry onto the start he got.
The fall of O’Brien’s wicket didn’t allow the visitors to settle down, as they started losing wickets regularly. Andrew White and the centurion from the match against England, Kevin O’Brien were dismissed early after just adding five and nine runs to the
total.
