  1. if the battery is fully charged  then check the starter solanoid

  2. If all the above answers fail check your sidestand switch and your clutch switch(if they have one) also check for bad earths.does the hooter work or does that click as well?because some bikes share the same earth as the hooter and its usually the clutch switch...have a look at your relays..failing that check out www.bikechatforums.com  Im having the same problem with my TT600

  3. faulty starter motor solinoid or a flat battery....bridge large bolt contacts on the solinoid if it spins then the solinoid is at fault,if it doesnt spin you battery may be flat...

  4. Put a voltmeter on the battery with the key on. If you're not getting at least 12 volts, it's probably a bad battery. If that's not the case, then do what solenoid dude says.

  5. The clicking noise is a defective starter solenoid (the battery (+) cable goes to it).

Touch the 2 large terminals of the starter solenoid with a large s***w driver (be careful of sparks).

If the bike cranks and starts, change the solenoid.

That test by-passed the solenoid, confirming that everything else in the starting circuit works.
