Z-Line® Trinity Compact Glass Computer Desk problem ?

Question

I bought this desk a long time ago and I love it very much, but I had to un-assemble the desk (because I was moving) and bring it to my new apartment. I just took it out of the box, but now I can't remember which parts go where.

If anyone has this desk, or knows where I can find instructions to assemble this desk, I would greatly appreciate it.

GO TO THE PLACE YOU GOT IT FROM AND THE KEEP COPIES OF ASSEMBLY THINGS TOGETHER.......WALMART DOES..
