WE HAVE A ZEBRA PRINTER THAT PRINTS LABELS USING TL LATCHFORD SOFTWARE. THIS MORNING THEY WERE PRINTING LABELS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF IT, A WINDOWS TEST PAGE PRINTED. FROM THEN ON, THE PRINTER SEEMS LIKE IT LOST THE FORMATTING OR SOMETHING FOR THE LABELS. THEY ARE ALL PRINTING CUT OFF. THEY HAVE ALREADY POWERE OFF THE PRINTER, RECALIBRATED AND THEY CANNOT PRINT LABELS AT ALL. i AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS A PRINTER PROBLEM OR A TL LATCHFORD SOFTWARE PROBLEM.
