ZUNE SOFTWARE!!!!!!!

Question

ok so i have already installed the zune software into my computer... it worked... and now every time i try to use it it tells me "micrsoft zune has encountered a problem and needs to close." and i have tried uninstalling it and installiing it again AND restarted the darn computer and it still dosent work. can somebody help me cuz im so frustrated that im crying and its now helping me at all!

Alright, cheer up, I am sure it can be fixed. Try getting Microsoft's support line off of zune.net and tell them the situation.  More than likely, they probably can help you fix the problem.  I am suprised though, zune installed very well on my PC.
