I requested a repair by zune.net and contact customer support by phone.They have not sent me a box to ship it in yet!I called 7 days ago and this is really pissing me off.!!!!!!!!!!!!!I broke the screen. LCD Screen. They won't send me an email or anytjing.Its aggravatingWhat do I do now.?Do i call again or what?And when I called the first time, it said it was brining a box over when I didnt even give my information or address or anything!It is weird.
