ZX6R 01 gets hot then wont start right?

Question

my bike fell down last week and when i tried starting it , the carb flooded and wont start but now it starts up fine for some reason, i didnt touch it for 5 days and then it worked like nothing happened but now everytime it gets hot it just turns off and ill keep the throttle wide open and it will only get as high as a idle, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE BIKE!! =( im thinking its a bad sensor or something

You could have damaged some of the circuitry, or possibly the throttle cable and return.  Use an electric meter and check the continuity of all the wires, then check your throttle cable for kinks or damage, then check where the throttle cable attaches to see if the spring or rotating plate are damaged or not functioning properly.
