Manchester City’s defender and Argentine international, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pablo-Zabaleta-c29022 has gone on to hail his club and international team Carlos Tevez, as he feels the striker is back to his best and is willing to give it all for the Manchester based club.
Tevez went on to have his fair share of problems with City and Roberto Mancini at the club, which resulted in just about everyone at City expecting the player to never make a comeback to the team.
However, the twenty nine year old has been in tantalizing form lately and has been scoring goals for fun.
He has scored nine goals already, despite him barely making any appearances for the team.
Tevez also went on to score in his last outing for the team, as he scored the only goal of the game against Aston Villa, which helped City go on and claim all three points from the game.
“It was so difficult for Carlos, for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 and for the club,” the defender told the club's official website.
"From something very small, it grew so big. It's done now, though and what happened won't happen again.”
“He is back to his best and he scored a fantastic goal against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and I think he's been great all season. His work-rate is fantastic.”
Zabaleta hen admitted that the striker is bound to feature in more games in the future, given the fact that City now only have three world class strikers amongst their ranks at the moment.
"When Mario was here we had four top strikers and it was difficult for them to play every game. But now we have Edin [Dzeko], http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 and they're all doing well and playing more games.”
The full back has also admitted that the team can’t give up hope on the league just yet since there are ten games to go and just about anything can happen on their way to the finish line.
"So we need to learn from our mistakes but we are still learning and need to just carry on. Good teams need to keep winning, it is still 10 games to the end so we’ll see."
