The big hitting American, a former Masters winner back in 2007, returned to victory at this past weekend's Crowne Plaza Invitational, but at the expense of England's own Brian Davis, who is still waiting to make his maiden win on the PGA Tour. Davis still had a pretty good tournament, even if he doesn't seem to have the ability to close - but some other big names were rather more disappointing, with both Ian Poulter and Phil Mickelson failing to fire on all - or indeed, any cylinders.
