Zaka Ashraf hopeful of breakthrough with BCCI – Cricket News Update

Future Tour Programme (FTP).
Ashraf has been sent an official invitation by his Indian counterpart. The heads of the two boards will have bilateral meeting to discuss the prospects of reviving relations between the two giant Asian nations which contain world’s highest number of game
loving people.
Despite the fact that both the PCB and the BCCI seems to be interested in patch up, Zaka opines that there may occur some problems in the way of confidence building as it is a matter of two rival nations which have been at war against each other since half
a century.
However, he claims that he will travel to the neighbouring state with an ‘open mind’ and try his best to pave the way for reconciliation.

But at this stage I am not in a position to say anything on the FTP series in India. The picture will only be clear once proper discussions are held.”
