  1. Hey Guitar hero

I have answered this befofre. That guitar is not bad and plays well. Having said this, the guitar will sound only as good as you are. Period.

It's not because a guitar is expensive tht it will improve your playing overnight. It is easier to play, i agree, but it won't replace your skills.

The guitar is not bad for the price. It will do the job well if you can play.

  2. shouldn't you have asked this before you bought it......?

to be honest, epiphone makes decent stuff, but you bought the biggest piece of c**p they sell.  the zakk wylde bullseye sounds decent, however my friends at epiphone told me that its exactly the same as the epiphone les paul standard (which goes for 400, 200 if youre endorsed) except with the emg HZ pickups, which zakk wylde does not even use.  you just paid an extra...300 dollars for the ZW paint job.  and 100 dollars for pickups that, quite honestly, do not sound good.  i'm not gonna bash on you forever though, so ipso facto (whatever that means) you bought a decent guitar, for way tooooo much money.  i'm a fender endorsee though, so i might be biased, but i have a few epiphones, and they have gotten a bit better in the past few years, but the 2001 and before era epiphones are much better.  Some other companies that charge extra for their looks would be similar companies like ESP, LTD, and jackson.  jackson not so much, they still make quality guitars, just a little expensive.  theyre sub1000 dollar guitars are generally well priced though.
