Hi, for the last couple of days the freezer temperature has been reading as high as -10C, even though it's set to operate at -16C. It "beeps" to indicate that the temperature is too high. The unit was bought in July last year so I'm not too sure where to start.Also, there is no sound coming from the unit at all, all I can hear is a faint "crackling" - almost as if there is ice cracking, whenever I open the doors. The fan never seems to switch on.
