Where (if) can you find the three triforce pieces in Zelda:OOT?

You can't in OoT I'm afraid. Trying anything to get them is just a waste of time :(

I believe they are passed down in the royal family (wisdom), in the hero of time (courage) and that Ganondorf always has a piece (strength). You can see it on the back of their hands.

Dunno why there are slots, but I've finished it and can honnestly say you never get it in this game. Others, yes, but not this one.

There is a way to see the triforce, but you cannot get it and you need a lot of patience or a gameshark.  As far as I know, you can only do it with the N64 version, but it may be in the wiiware or gamecube one.

You need to walk up a specific line in a wall near Zelda's castle.  It's hard to do, and I don't remember which one it is.  Once you get all the way up, you fall through the ground into some invisible water.  You need to swim towards where the castle is, and then you can go into the first person view and see it.

If I recall correctly, the area to walk up is the corner on the left of the Great Fairy's fountain is. Where that wall meets the other, main one.

If that is understandable, anyway.  I repeat, you cannot get them.  No matter what.  Even with the gameshark flying cheat, you can't get them.

You can't, it's just a gaming myth. If you think about the story, you see why it makes no sense.

When Ganondorf touched the Triforce, it split into three pieces. Ganondorf got Power, Zelda got Wisdom, and Link got Courage. Power kept resurrecting Ganondorf, so the sages decided to just seal him within the Sacred Realm (now the Evil Realm) so he could do no more harm to Hyrule. However, the Triforce was never actually taken from him. As he is being sealed, he says "as long as the Triforce of Power is in my hand...." implying that he still possesses it. The Triforce is not reunited in this game, and that becomes a plot point in other games in the Zelda series (specifically Wind Waker and Twilight Princess).

There are no slots in the inventory screen for the Triforce. It's just part of the crest made by the medallions. I've always imagined that the medallions surrounding the Triforce represent the fact that the sages are supposed to protect the Triforce from intruders. Besides, the Triforce is all over the game.

This was a huge Internet hoax back in 1998-2000. Many people (myself included) were convinced by a fake screenshot that the Triforce was obtainable, and we went to great lengths to try and get it. I tried EVERYTHING POSSIBLE, and I never got it.

Link has courage, zelda has wisdom, ganondorf has power.  Like, IN THEM.  So no hunting, they're always there.

You cannot find them, period, ever. Do not believe any rumor, site or person. It is NOT in the game. Do not waste time obsessing over this.

EDIT:

The slots are not actual slots. Just art design. It is also possible at one point in time it was going to be something you could obtain but they scrapped it and kept the art there.
