Zelda twilight princess on wii- how do i melt all the ice in zora's province?

im in wolf form and i cant find a way to melt all the ice to free the zora people

Go towards Death Mountain where that huge fiery rock landed. Midna will offer to warp it to Zora's Domain for you, and that will melt the ice.

It has something to do with the rock at the Goron Mines. Here, I use game spot only if I'm REALLY stuck...
