Zen V Plus Padlock is stuck?

My Zen V Plus Padlock is stuck...It's 4gb Black/Blue. I have tryed to unlock it with the side on swich thingy but its still locked. I have also tryed to reset it with the reset button but its still stuck. I dont know what to do. Any help I get would be greatly aperishiated.

I used to have a Zen Neeon 2  and sometimes had similar problems, such as the player frezzing and the hold function not working, like you described.

For most of the problems that I encountered hitting the reset button usually worked. However, with the problem that you have encountered with the hold button the way I used to fix this was moving the hold switch back and forth quickly, and then trying again slowly. This worked basically every time, as I think the player may have just had some trouble with the 'command' registering.
