Zen media wont let me add music and all was deleted?

Ok so i have the creative zen 4 gig.

I went to add music this morning and when i drag it in it says access denied, but ihad all my music on it and now its deleted and it wont let me import music no matter where i import it.

usw windows media player to import songs. its what i use and its easier.
