Danny Miguel believes that Zenit can win the Russian Premier League title and has expected himself to play a part in the UEFA Europa League game against Liverpool FC
Zenit St. Petersburg attacking midfielder, Danny Miguel, has urged his side to win the Russian Premier League title for the fourth time since the inception of Russian top division after surpassing the likes of Anzhi Makhachkala
and CSKA Moscow on the league table.
As things stand, CSKA are leading the league table with 43 points and two points above the Makhachkala-based club in the standings while the defending league champions are at the 3rd spot with 38 points.

However, he warned his teammates against complacency after telling them that they should be on their toes in the remaining game of the season should they want to win the league title third time in a row.
“I clearly remember that we made mistakes in the spring session i.e. why CSKA and Anzhi are ahead us. But after playing against them, I can say that Zenit is much stronger. Hopefully, the final table will be the best proof of that,"

News in Russian media suggests that Danny is not likely to return until March. However, the 29-year-old has rebuffed the speculations, saying that he is recovering well from the cruciate ligament rupture and will be available for
the game against the Reds.
