With the Russian Premier League season coming to a close, Zenit St. Petersburg can crown themselves champions by winning the upcoming league tie against Dynamo Moscow at Petrovsky stadium.
The Meshki have a decent track record against the Musora, having won 5-1 against Dynamo during the third league round. With four games left to play, Zenit are atop the league table with 81 points, 12 points ahead of their closest

Malafeev praised Zenit, admitting that they deserve to lift the league trophy for the second time in two years after putting in a lot of hard work during the season. The prolific shot-stopper revealed that they would have lost
in their quest for title had the fans not supported them.
“In all the remaining matches, Zenit must maintain their pride and not let the critics to discuss failures of our team in a negative tone. We will not need to relax until the league is over. It would be great if we can win on Saturday
at Petrovsky.
“Everything is in our hands now because the destiny of the championship is no longer dependent on how our opponents play. That's good, because we clearly understand that we can be champions at our home with our fans.” The Russian
