Zenith Dual receiver PIP 27 " standard...

Question

The color is starting to fade, the picture getting darker and losing the blue - both green & blue come up green.Since I can't find any new TVs with dual receivers & Pip ( Picture In Picture ) I would rather repair this old faithful - than give up my PIP.
