Question

Whenever the TV is unplugged or the power goes out the TV takes away channels and the channels have to be reprogrammed. I can never figure out how to reprogram the channels so when I use the remote control I don't have to put the channels in manually. I can just use the channel up and down button. also the AUX channel goes away. how do I prevent this from happening?
