  1. REAL Fajita meat doesn't require any seasoning other than salt and pepper.

    Real fajita meat is very similar to flank steak.  Most places in the U.S. use cheap steak and call it fajita because it's cut thin.  Real fajita is the meat that surrounds the ribs of the beef.  It is a very tasty cut of meat.

    Now, when cooking out, some people use key lime juice and garlic (a fresh garlic clove or two in blender with some juice) and maybe some beer while they're cooking on the grill.

    But, if you try real fajita meat (aka: Arrachera) you'll see that it's tasty meat and doesn't need to be doctored up.
