a large number of unforced errors in the closing stages of the match, she eventually wore out to let her opponent complete a straight sets victory in a match that lasted for only 1 hour and 7 minutes.

right back to the baseline, she created a very tight angles from wide of the court. Clinching four straight points, she bagged the opening set to take the set score lead 1-0.
The second set also followed a pretty similar pattern as both players struggled to hold on to their service games. Doi started off brilliantly and with a couple of serve breaks, she raced to a 3-o lead. However, from that point
onwards, she lost her touch as she gifted points to her opponent. Zhao blasted a big forehand winner down the line to set up a match point and then converted it with a sweet passing shot.
Although Zhao was dominant in her opening round match, she must work hard on her serves. The Chinese was inconsistent with her serves and would soon crash out of the tournament if she does not improve.
