with all this wind my stigma 4 got damaged on the gammor rod

this they a place local to Manchester where i can replace this part of the aerial

try local radio shack shop,

old twig that from the 70's worth a bit today, they was two types one was American and is far better then the British copy.

they is a ham shop in Sale but for the life of god can not remember the name but you may find it on 192.com
