Well cbjack, I wouldnt say that Africa and South America have a thing for tin horn dictators. You have to remember at times, the good ole US of A has either helped keep some of them in power or helped them gain it because they were more favorable to our nation's economic interests. Why do you think Mugambe himself is so rich himself yet his country so poor? Where is all his money at? Answer: American Banks.

  1. He's had thousands of his own people thrown off their land,

    - his election was a joke,

    - his country is in so much debt now,

    - their economy is an awful mess.

    - their currency has plunged against other currencies

    - he's locked up people without trial

    - he's allowed his thugs to humiliate and torture prisoners.

    But enough of George Bush.

Robert Mugabe started well but he's been in power too long. He is old now and has lost control.

America should learn a lesson from this when deciding who to vote for later this year. Old men in power lose their grip ! ! !

What would McCain be at the end of his first term - 77 or 78? About the same age as Mugabe when he went off the rails.

  2. This is a man who is guilty of genocide against his own people in Matabeleland. He has directly, and through his

police and army caused the deaths of many. He has reduced his country to ruin.

And the African nations gathered for the African Union meeting tolerate this man?

I despair for that continent if they choose to keep this charade going for any longer!

And as an Asian I am not a Western critic.

  3. That's about to be a reality for him any day now.

  4. I remember when the left said he was going to be the "savior" of South Africa. Africa and South America have a thing for tin horn dictators. It's to bad. All we can do is send Jimmy Carter to straighten things out.
