Zimbabwe T20 Tri-series: http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 vs. Zimbabwe – Brendan Taylor opts to bat first with an unchanged line-up
The Zimbabwe skipper, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/BRM-Taylor-c1200, won the toss and opted to bat first against South Africa in the third T20 of the unofficial triangular series, being played at Harare today, June 20, 2012.
Going by the nature of Harare's pitch, which tends to get slower with time, winning the toss and batting first was an anticipated decision. The home skipper hoped to put the South African attack under pressure with an early
assault.
Both http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Zimbabwe-c3045 and South Africa go into today’s match with a win at their back, against Bangladesh. The hosts defeated the Bengali Tigers in the series opener quite comfortably by 11 runs.

Continuing with the same playing XI, Hamilton Masakadza, who has been in his epic form lately, will be Zimbabwe’s key batsman in today’s encounter, while their bowling will rely on Richard Muzhange  and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Kyle-Malcolm-Jarvis-c71974, who did
an impressive job two days ago.
The Proteas however, struggled a bit in their 39-run win over Tigers on Tuesday, their bowling and fielding was specifically below par.

Defending an intimidating total of 209 for 3, built on http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 batsmen, as the Mushfiqur Rahim-led line-up went on to score 170 for 8 in
their stipulated 20 overs. http://www.senore.com/Cricket/WD-Parnell-c2787 returned as the most expensive bowler of the day, conceding 61 runs in his spell of 4 overs.
Despite a shoddy performance from bowlers, the South African selectors, keeping faith in the players, fielded an unchanged squad. However, Parnell would have to prove a point today, to ensure he does not come under selectors’
knife before Friday’s match against Tigers.
Zimbabwe: 1 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/P-Utseya-c2145,
9 Kyle Jarvis, 10 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/CB-Mpofu-c1219, 11 Richard Muzhange
South Africa: 1 Hashim Amla (capt), 2 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Dane-Vilas-c1307 (wk), 9 Wayne Parnell,
10 Marchant de Lange, 11 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/LL-Tsotsobe-c1842
