Zimbabwe has a great say in international cricket
Zimbabwe, a small South African nation having a second-tier cricket team, has not been impressive on the field but it has a massive influence in the international cricket as two of ace cricketing nations are being coached by the Zimbabwean legends.
Both India and England have handed over the reins of their cricket squads to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Andrew-Flower-c44362, the two former skippers of the Rhodesians.
It is a great honour for Zimbabwe which has recently got the full member and Test status from the International Cricket Council (ICC). Though the nations has neither won any big cricket event nor caused any mega upset but it has produced some of the cricket
legends of the world---the only thing http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Zimbabwe-c3045 can feel proud of.
Fletcher and Flower are two resplendent Zimbabwean icons who have entertained the game lovers for many years as exquisite leaders and impressive players and now, there are all set to coach the two superpowers.
Fletcher has recently signed a 2-year coaching contract with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), replacing http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757. Gary marvellousy and meticulously led Team

Flower has been successfully coaching Team England since a few years. However, his contract has just ended but the England and Wales Cricket Boards have signed another fresh deal with him to avail his professional services for some years to come. Earlier,
there were some reports in the media that Flower was likely to sign with the BCCI but Fletcher emerged as the most potential candidate.
Before Flower’s appointment, Fletcher had also coached the English and led the side to the Ashes glory. It was Fletcher who enabled the English to beat http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 in a Test series after a gap of 31 years in the summer of 2000.
Fletcher’s excellent coaching capacitated Team http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 for the first time in 2000. Under his judicious guidance, the English won a series in South Africa for the first time since 1965.
During the just concluded World Cup, Fletcher worked with the Proteas as batting consultant.
On the other hand, Flower has also showered many titles and honours over England. His professional skills had been instrumental during the English’s sterling victory in the Ashes 2010. Moreover, he has steering the side to successes in many other iconic
tournaments and series. It is due to his extra-ordinary capabilities that he has been given a second contract with Team England.
Both the legends are happy and feel proud of their honours as being the chief coaches of the two leading cricket teams. If England is the ‘Mother of Cricket’, India is the top-ranked Test team of the World.
The Rhodesians are also very proud of this honour. They claim that they have a great say in the international cricket.
But, some analysts question that if the Zimbabweans possess so rich and abundant talent, why has it not been able to utilize it for their own improvisation? The question is still unanswered as there is no logic to justify this loophole.
Though Rhodesians cannot make impact at world stage but they can assert that they have leaders to lead the two whizz cricket teams of the world.
