Zinedine Zidane is the greatest player of the last 20 years- Marcello Lippi
Former Italian National team manager, Marcello Lippi, has branded French legend, Zinedine Zidane, as the greatest footballer of the past two decades.
Lippi, who managed Zidane during his Juventus days, believes that the former Real Madrid star was a player who never needed any coaching as he knew what was expected of him and he delivered it consistently.
While talking to the reporters, Lippi said, "The greatest player of the past 20 years? It has to be Zidane. He had everything. You never needed to tell him anything as he did it all by himself and knew what was expected."
Zidane played almost three years under Lippi before moving to Real Madrid in 2001. The attacking midfielder scored 24 goals in 151 games for the Turin giants.

turn a match on his shoulders.

The former Napoli manager believes that his former employers are favourites to win the Serie A clash against Inter Milan at the weekend. The former Cesena boss is anticipating a very tight game between two of Italy’s best teams
right now but will be a mere spectator because of love for both of them.
Lippi believes that the Partenopei side has improved a lot in the recent years and have some real match winners at their disposal.
