Zits by nose but not really zits...bumps under skin?

i have these bumps under my skin under my nose and its like a zit is about to form and its under my skin...what do i do? they kind of hurt.. and how to i prevent them from turning into a pimple? what are they exactly? help! thanks lol

If there are a lot of tiny ones, then you might have a problem that most other girls have. It's just that the T-zone (nose and forehead) gets very oily, so these bumps form. I'd suggest an exfoliater.

But if they're slightly red and hurt, you might have under the skin pimples. Just stick some toothpaste on them overnight to speed up the drying process, or else they'll just hurt more and get redder. Bleh.

When I was younger and before they had all these new products out, my mom would take a steaming hot cloth and sit it on a pimple or bump and it would burst on its own.  Then she would us peroxide to clean after wards.  It usually went away pretty fast.

If you go get a facial they will come out as zits...its basically just a deposit of gunk under your skins surface (not at a head yet)

They are undergrounded zits.. ouch don't touch them if you do they get scarred and gross! Just wash your face everyday

I had them.

I just got a deep cleanse and they went away after the first cleanse.
