every now and then i get a zit on my leg. any way to prevent this? or get rid of them?

It sounds more like a ingrown hair.

yeah I think it sounds like an ingrown hair too, that will usually happen if you shave sometimes. When you shower just use loofah sponge and a good body soap with body scrub.

Go swimming!! Water helps reduce the acene on your pimples and since you swim with your legs its a fast and easy way to get rid of them!! Hope this helps!!
