The Paris Saint-Germain striker is of the view that he doesn’t need to win the Champions League in order to prove his worth at the highest level

The 31-year-old was talking to reporters at a press conference and when asked about his failure to win the Champions League, the PSG player stated that it’s not a big deal and he doesn’t need to win the Champions League to prove his worth.
The former Barcelona player has won league titles with Ajax, Juventus, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and AC Milan but still awaits glory at the European level. However, the Swede is not that worried by that fact and is of the view that he has won so much in his career
and not winning the Champions League doesn’t bother him that much.
"Even if I do not win the Champions League, I will still have had an exceptional career," Ibrahimovic was quoted as saying by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 Football.
Ibrahimovic added that he believes in scoring as many goals as possible in order to help the team. The player rubbished reports suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain players are afraid of the Swede, saying that at this level, players need to be very tough
if they want to taste success.
"The best way to help the team is by scoring goals. I don't think that any of my team-mates are afraid of me. However, if this is the case, they will probably not last long at the highest level."
The former Milan player added that he has always believed in his abilities and feels that he is a born leader. Ibrahimovic added that younger players at the club can learn a lot from his experience and he can be a role model to them.
He said: "I have always believed in myself, I am a born leader. One of my dreams came true when I became a footballer. I am a better player than a lot of other; I'm now the one who is an example for others."
