The Paris Saint-Germain striker has revealed that he knows little about the club’s latest acquisition and is looking forward to see him play
The Brazilian was on the verge of joining English Premier League side, Manchester United, but in a surprising turn of events, Les Parisiens hijacked their bid for the teenage prodigy.
The cash-laden club from Paris attained the services of the 20-year-old after paying a hefty amount, believed to be in the region of 45 million Euros.
However, despite his mega transfer fee, Moura remains an unfamiliar face in Europe. Even http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029 has admitted that he doesn’t know a lot about the Brazilian.
When the Sweden international was asked about the 20-year-old, he admitted that he hasn’t seen him in action yet but added that he is looking forward to see him in PSG colours soon.
Ibrahimovic said that the Parisiens have paid a lot of money for Moura's signature so he must be very good. The Brazil international will link up with his team-mates in January, and the Swede feels that the addition of the youngster will only add to their
strength.
“The only thing I know about Lucas is that he cost a lot of money and he must be good.”
“He will only get to Paris Saint-Germain in January, but I'm sure he is very good. If not, the club would not have paid so much for his signature,” Ibrahimovic told reporters.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 player, who has played alongside several talented Brazilians in his career, stated that Brazil has produced some quality players over the years.
The Swede added that not many players in Europe are aware of Brazilian football but added that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lucas-c22528 Moura would fit in well at Paris Saint-Germain.
"But http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 has a capacity to produce talent all the time. Sometimes, you do not know where they come from."
Although http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Moura-c26908 will arrive at Parc des Princes in January, Ibrahimovic doesn’t have to wait another five months to see the youngster in action.
The two players are set to face each other this week when Brazil take on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sweden-c3015 in an international friendly match.
