The former Fiorentina defender insists that the mercurial Swedish forward lost his temper in the Coppa Italia semi-final and demands punishment for him
Juventus defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Marco-Storari-c23751.
The incident took place after Milan’s 2-1 defeat at the hands of Juve in the first-leg of Coppa Italia semi-final at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on February 8.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan striker was handed a three-match ban for his offence.
Chiellini has reiterated his stance that the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sweden-c3015 international repeated the same antic in the Coppa Italia semi final.
While talking to the reporters of Sky Sport 24, the Pisa-born defender added,
"What happened at the end of the game with Ibrahimovic? I wasn't involved, but the same thing that happened between Ibrahimovic and Aronica last Sunday happened with Storari now.”
The versatile defender has insisted that such behaviour is common in football these days, but he does not approve of it. He is hopeful that the incident will not be overlooked by the relevant authorities, adding that such behaviour
needs to be stamped out of the beautiful game.
The Bianconeri star further commented,
"Of course, things happen during a game, but you deserve to be punished if you make a mistake like this.”
Reflecting on the extent of the slap, the Italian defender has said that no harm came out of the actual incident. However, he also added that the incident was similar to the one that took place last Sunday when Ibrahimovic slapped
Aronica.
"Nothing dangerous happened, but the gesture he made was the same as what he did last weekend."
Ibrahimovic has already been banned for three matches in the Serie A. If this matter is probed and Ibra is found guilty, he will definitely miss the second-leg at the Juventus Stadium, and it will severely handicap Massimiliano
Allegri's men in their pursuit of the Coppa Italia.
