Zlatan Ibrahimovic will probably stay at Barcelona despite all rumours by major clubs
Zlatan Ibrahimovic the Swedish foot-baller who was born on the 3rd of October, 1981 is widely considered as one of the most amazing players in the world. His magically dribbling and jaw dropping precision and finishing have been admired by many and has become the reason why he has been given the nick name “Ibra” and the title of “Ibra Cadabra”.

Recently the world class striker has been under quite criticism at the Catalan club he plays for. The Barcelona forward was signed in at Camp Nou in 2009 from Inter Milan a club that held into him for 3 years signing him in 2006 from Juventus. In short from the start of his career he has been signed by major clubs in the world which should you give an idea of the talent he possesses.

There were rumours rife in Camp Nou that the striker was being traded off after not proving to worth for Barcelona. The ace has scored 23 goals in 69 matches for Juventus while producing 57 goals in 88 matches for Milan and 16 in 29 for Barcelona. On the other hand he has scored 22 goals for 60 appearances internationally.

With stats like these and the an instinctive ability to deceive defenders along with the advantage of winning all the crosses because of his 6 feet 5 inches height, the top notch clubs in the world are after him. The recent rumours at Camp Nou that had him departing have met by great interest by other clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid, AC Milan and even its former club Inter Milan. However now the player’s agent has told that the player has a very thin chance of Ibra leaving Barcelona and the Barcelona official board has stated the same too. His agent has also confirmed that the star will not be signing into AC Milan.

The decision of the player not leaving Barcelona might possibly be because of the change in leadership of the club as Joan Laporta departs which brings in the new President Sandro Rossell. He took control of the 1st of July and has introduced some major changes since then.

One of the biggest clubs in the world, the Italian Ac Milan were showing interest in the Swedish gun who made a 40 million pound move from Inter Milan to Barcelona. The 28 year old maestro told that he had a disappointing season according to his standards; who actually had been overshadowed by Lionel Messi and now that David Villa the star at World Cup has been signed in by Barcelona from Valencia it seems more and more likely that Ibrahimovic time at Camp Nou seems short.

AC Milan was in great need of a world class striker especially after Juventus were relegated to Serie B in 2006. They started becoming the dominating force from then on and with the help of the amazing coach Jose Mourinho they were able to capture the Champions League title.

The agent of Ibra Mino Raiola has stated that the Swedish star is happy with the contract he has at Barcelona and the vice president of AC Milan Adriano Galliani has also admitted that the club needs to sell some of its players before it can buy him so the issue of him moving to AC Milan has ended but many other clubs yet remain on the list.

The agent stated while talking to media, “He will not move from Barcelona because he and his family are fine there. And according to me, Ibrahimovic is worth 1billion Euros anyway”.

Talking about Milan’s attempt he commented, “Milan have already lost the chance to buy him and I don't think they plan to buy him from Barcelona, just as Zlatan has no plan to go to Milan. Ibra will leave Barcelona when he wants. He has a four-year contract and he will not move, even if Villa has arrived".

AC has just had a coaching change when they appointed Massimiliano Allegri as coach. They are targeting the Sevilla forward Luis Fabiano but in order to do that they will have to sell some players again which seems unlikely for the club right now.

The AC Milan coach Galliani told in a press conference, “No new purchase will be made by AC Milan before we sell some players. If a big player leaves, another big player can arrive. Ronaldinho won't leave because he is a major player, as is Pato”.

Talking on the Ibra and Fabiano issue he clarified, “As for Luis Fabiano, we should let him calm down after having an excellent World Cup. At the moment there is no deal for him. Ibrahimovic is a great player but first we need to sell someone”.
