http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Adriano-c3773 Galliani has stressed that AC Milan has no intention to part company with any of their big stars in the summer transfer window, and has stated that Kevin Prince Boateng will not get a revised contract from the club.
The Rossoneri decided to snub Thiago Silva’s big-money move to the Qatari-owned Paris Saint-Germain, and the decision has limited the summer shopping options of the debt-ridden giants.
Galliani snubbed all rumours suggesting that AC Milan could be sold to a new owner, stating that the club has received no such offers.
The Rossoneri chief went on to state that in order to strengthen the Diavolo’s position at the top of Serie A, the club will continue with the policy of withholding their stars from the summer transfer market.
Latest reports in the media suggest that Kevin Prince Boateng has also asked for a raise in wages, following http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-c34888 Silva’s revision of contract.
Galliani was quick to dismiss any such possibility, and stressed that all the players at the Milan outfit are already very well compensated.
While talking to the press, the 67-year-old said:
“Ibra still has two years to run on his contract and will stay. Boateng? They are private matters. Anyway, all of our players have very high wages so nobody will be get an increase in salary.”
There have been reports in the media about Torino’s desire to buy AC Milan’s left-back Djamel Mesbah.
Galliani stated that while he has no intention to put any of his players on the market, the club could consider a good offer from interested clubs.
However, the vice-president reiterated that no business will be entertained pertaining to their big guns.
“We don’t have an intention to sell anyone, but we’ll have to see about Mesbah. Will Angelo Ogbonna be a part of the Mesbah deal? No, not at all. If we do sell someone then it won’t be one of our high profile players.” He added.
