Zoo med help?

ive been lookin every were for zoo med filter 501 on how to install ....i have the dection but the filters still not running right....the water poors out slow and not how it should i really need help im very confused....

I use the 318 and the 501 in my pet store.  Don't mess with the Rena c**p, too expensive, noisy, and cost too much for replacement filters....

Not to mention, turtle filters work totally different from fish filters.  You'll mess up a fish filter in a filthy turtle tank in no time...

The Zoo Med turtle filters are cheap, have reusable filter material, and work incredible in turtle tanks...

Can't say that about a overpriced Rena...

The easiest thing to do would be to take it into either a Petsmart, Petco, or any pet store in your area, and have someone look at it. Without seeing it, it's difficult to say what's going wrong.

well actually its not your fault, that is a pretty horrible, confusing filter. Really any filter under $50 is pretty terrible. The best filter to get is Rena xp3 filter, works great, and is not complicated to set up, upgrade!
