Zoom Airlines Trip from Manchester to Vancouver

I'm flying to Canada this summer holiday; and I'm wondering if it's possible to take on board your laptop and if you can charge it on board. If so do i take my laptop bag along with it?

you can take it on board as hand luggage but you can't use it or charge it on the plane
