Zoom lens, 300mm sigma using on pentax k10d digital camera

When i use this lens 300mm Sigma, everything is out of focus, any help appreciated..

Did you try manual focus?

Switch the camera to MF, then focus the image by turning the focusing ring on the lens until the image is sharp.

Try it, if this still don't work. Then take the lens to the authorized repair shop and have them check on it.
